Your Donation to a Baltimore Nonprofit Changes a Young Man's Future

I AM MENtality has served over 400 young men in Baltimore since 2016. Your gift keeps that work moving.

Every dollar donated to I AM MENtality goes toward mentorship, leadership development, and real opportunity for Black and Brown boys ages 8 to 18 in Baltimore City. Founded by Darren Rogers, this is a nonprofit built on the belief that the right support at the right time changes the entire trajectory of a young man's life.

Baltimore's Young Men Need More Than Good Intentions

Too many young men in Baltimore are navigating single-parent households, mental health challenges, and limited access to the kind of structured guidance that shapes futures. They are not lacking potential. They are lacking the people and programs that help them develop it.

I AM MENtality exists to close that gap. Since January 2016, the organization has worked directly in Baltimore City schools and recreation centers to meet young men where they are, assess what they actually need, and build around that. Not a pre-packaged curriculum. Not a one-size-fits-all program. A model that treats each young man as an individual and maps services to his real needs.
